Joining us as an Administration Officer in the Bail Support Services (BSS) team, you will be based in our central CBD office dealing directly with the people we manage and supporting the BSS team members.
The key responsibilities of your job will cover a wide range of administrative services including;
Liaising with the organisations and services we work with
Processing files
Preparing documents for Court
Purchasing materials
Record management and ensuring correspondence, reports and other documentation meet Department timelines and standards
Providing team support e.g. co-ordinating meetings and documentation
In this varied role you will enjoy working in a challenging and fast paced environment where your ability to multi-task and demonstrate sound judgement will be essential. You need to be adaptable when faced with the changing needs of your team whilst adhering to policies and procedures.

A good working knowledge of office administration

$46 429 - $55 203. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
