Clerical Support Officer | Takapuna Based

Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the Role

As a Clerical Support Officer, you will complete a variety of tasks ranging from responding to customer emails, electronic filing and data entry in a high-volume customer focussed processing environment

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication and data entry skills, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, empathy and resilience. You must have strong computer skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Salary Range: The remuneration band for this role is $48,148 to $56,136 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role

Our Interview Process

  • If you are successful, then you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on any given day of the week of the 4th July.
  • You may have this role in mind, but we assess you for suitability to work in any of our frontline roles, ensuring we appoint the right people in the right roles.
  • The start date is Monday 15th August

The Ministry's top priority is the safety and wellbeing of its employees. We already have existing protocols in place to provide a safe workplace. We're now strengthening those protocols with a COVID-19 vaccination policy requiring that all roles across Te Tāhū o te Ture are carried out by people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
