Office Administration and Customer Experience
Looking for a full-time administration role where you are part of the team? No, actually part of the family.
Novus Glass Hamilton are growing, and their busy season is only three months away. They need to fill a crack in their administration team to ensure safe travels for their peak period. This whanau focused business is not too big to care about their staff, work hard but love a good joke and fun in their working day.
In this position your day-to-day efforts will be chipping away at incoming client calls and assessing their windscreen repair or replacement needs. Booking in clients, confirming appointments, keeping accurate records for insurance purposes, and working cohesively with the technicians will also form part of your day. There is a large client facing aspect to this role as you will be the first point of the customer experience. Meeting & greeting clients, managing service/work time expectations and taking payments are also part of this role.
This role will see you learn a lot about the industry under Directors who have run this business for 20 years and have worked and can assist in every aspect of the business - they roll up their sleeves and get on the floor with the team.
Not hugely experienced? Attitude, personality, and willingness to learn will win over a solid administrator with a mediocre manner.
