Harbour City Chem-Dry is a carpet cleaning and flood management Company. Our services have been developed to become industrial leaders in:

Carpet, Rug, Upholstery, Mattress cleaning

Pet Urine Treatment

Water damage restoration

and much more

Harbour city chem dry are looking for an enthusiastic, relatable team player to join our unique home based office. We are a small company of 10 staff situated in Judgeford. You will be working alongside two existing part-time office administrators but due to company growth we are now needing a full time position. 

Key task but not limited to:

  • Answering the work line phones 
  • Job allocation between technicians 
  • Health and safety documentations 
  • Invoicing  
  • Managing social media platforms
  • Debt collection
  • Using Microsoft office suites such as Excel and Word
  • Managing email system

The key skills required for this job include:

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent time management
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent knowledge of applications which such as Microsoft word
  • A “can do” attitude
  • Ability to handle different situations which can be stressful
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Positive mentality
  • Excellent computer literacy and telephone mannerisms
