We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team to provide support to our Service Centre. It is an important role, delivering high quality, efficient and proactive administrative support to the Service Centre Manager and wider team.
About the role
In this busy and varied role you are responsible for fleet management, maintaining office and stationery supplies, maintaining registers, leave and attendance records, arranging for equipment servicing, building issues, coordinating reviews, official information act requests and other adhoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
You are also responsible for working with Security and Front of House staff to ensure that all visitors and contractors to the office are inducted correctly into the office, maintaining health and Safety standards is a big focus.

This is a dual site position and will require travel to both sites. Therefore, the role can be based in either Service Centre.
Position Description
Salary range: $53,502.00 - $65,392.00
