About the Opportunity 

The Office Administrator plays a key role in at our headquarters in Newmarket, making sure the office is running smoothly so that all our customers, including our wonderful team of 80, have a great experience. 

This is a part time role, working 20 hours Mon- Fri.  You will be well supported and key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of building and facilities maintenance
  • Regular supply of office equipment, products and services
  • Receiving, calls, enquiries and visitors to our business, assisting them and directing to the right place/ people
  • Health and safety coordination and administration
  • Making sure our office environment is in top top shape and one our team enjoys to be in
  • Assisting our certification team with admin duties
  • Coordinating team activities and events
  • Broader administration needs as they arise

About You 

This is a great, flexible role for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety.

You will have: 

  • A minimum of 1 year of broad administration experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Excellent organisational capabilities
  • High level of proactivity and initiative
  • General understanding of the administration functions of a mid-sized company.
