Dessert Kitchen - a Franklin based (South Auckland) food manufacturer of both gluten free and commercial bakery products, are seeking a self starting, all round Administrator to join our team.
The role will involve reception duties, invoicing, dispatch paperwork, general administration, data entry, accounts receivable, account payable, administration support for food safety, health and safety, operations and sales and marketing support and more.
Other attributes that you will have are;
* An excellent phone manner for incoming and outgoing calls.
* A strong eye for detail
* Accurate and broad administration skills
*An excellent working knowledge of word, excel, and outlook
* Self Motivated
* Enthusiastic Team Player
* A understanding of food products
* A good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
* A good working knowledge of Xero
* An open mind and ability to handle multiple tasks
* A self starter, who can work independently or as part of a team.
* Understands Health and Safety
Food industry experience could be an advantage.
Work hours are Monday to Friday. 7am start
