The team won a 2011 public service award from the Society of Professional Journalists for the same series.She is a contributor to CNBC and has appeared on NPR, CNN and programs including PBS’s.Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in 2005 and lives in San Francisco with her family.
