What you'll do:

In a nutshell, you’ll be working with your colleagues to optimise our intraday liquidity management strategies in order to evaluate how much intraday liquidity is required to help our customers receive processed payments.

Day to day, you can expect to: 

• Grow your network as you engage with senior executives
• Collaborate with these executives to make sure our liquidity metric tolerances remain well regulated
• Present your insights to your stakeholders to help them understand the key objectives of the various liquidity and balance sheet management strategies

The skills you’ll need:

To set yourself up for success, you’ll need a finance or accounting qualification and experience gained in a treasury or banking environment. You’ll also need experience of handling liquidity profiles, managing funding cash flows and currency positions too.

An understanding of the banking products we offer our customers would be particularly helpful, along with an appreciation of the regulations that govern them and the types of risk that need managing.
