Jessica Jones founded The Information in 2013 to build the next, leading business news publication. The team has won numerous journalism awards for coverage of sexual harassment in Silicon Valley, safety concerns surrounding autonomous vehicles, the shady tactics of private tech investing and much more.Before starting The Information, Jessica was an award winning journalist at the Wall Street Journal for eight years. She was part of the team of reporters that was a finalist for a Pulitzer Prize for a 2011 series on digital privacy. The team won a 2011 public service award from the Society of Professional Journalists for the same series.She is a contributor to CNBC and has appeared on NPR, CNN and programs including PBS’s.Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in 2005 and lives in San Francisco with her family.
