What you’ll do:
– Actively manage, monitor and coordinate the content on our employee social network, Yammer, responding or ensuing relevant responders are engaged to respond.
– Provide guidance and support on setting up and managing communities, while developing and maintaining a strategy for volume of Yammer communities
– Educate and guide all employees on Yammer, providing training to users of all levels and ensuring support materials are up to date.
– Manage and sustain a network of community owners, delivering training and providing guidance, resources and policies.
– Regularly liaise with Microsoft and technology teams, keeping abreast of the latest features, and providing feedback on user experience
– Monitor site analytics and report on key performance indicators reporting weekly on trends, sentiment and advise on potential opportunities and risks.
What you’ll bring:
– The post holder must have extensive enterprise social network experience, preferably on Yammer, and have the skills to take the strategy to the next level. This role will be critical in promoting the use of platform, engaging with, and supporting Sky employees and leaders to use it effectively.
– Expertise across the Microsoft 365 suite, certification preferable
– Experience in delivering complex projects and campaigns, working with co-located teams across different markets
– Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proven skills in communication, networking, strategic thinking, advocacy, and negotiation
– Experience in reporting on qualitative and quantitative analytics
– Fluent in English. Working knowledge of German and/or Italian is desirable.
Sitting as part of the wider Corporate Affairs group, made up of Corporate Communications, PR, Social, Public Affairs and The Bigger Picture team, the Internal Communications Team is located in Osterley and works across Sky. The Internal Communications Team focuses on inspiring all our staff to become advocates of Sky by helping them to understand the overall company story, our priorities, and the opportunities that Sky offers them professionally and personally.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
