Job Description
This position is part of the newly formed Workforce Planning team (within HR Transformation) that has been formed to support Citi’s transformation efforts and organization simplification agenda.
We are at a pivotal moment of redefinition across our franchise as we transform our risk and control environment to one that is stronger and simpler. The primary focus of this team is to build methodologies and processes which allow Citi to maintain the proper staffing adequacy in the risk and control workforces across the firm. This role will support the team and work on a variety of analytical projects, including staffing adequacy, role prioritization, forecasting accuracy, hiring analysis, etc.
Workforce planning is at the centre of the transformation efforts across the first, second and third lines of defense. This role will workwith the HR and businessleaders to project the organizational implications of their strategic choices, ensuring that the future workforce of the organization meets the expectations of staffing adequacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support analytical requests to understand workforce composition and future workforce requirements
- Assist in the development of interim governance of ongoing staffing adequacy requirements while future methodologies are being deployed
- Support the ongoing staffing requirements of the projects
- Partner with the reporting team to design and deploy the reporting required to support regulatory/board requirements
- Understand how the future organizational plan will impact staffing and challenge business units on how it is reflected in their staffing assessment
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to prioritize staffing of these roles and, longer term, that the business is helping create better forward views of where they need recruitment capacity
- Assess the headcount implications of changes to roles and responsibilities across the organization
Skills:

Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
