What you’ll create and do

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Work with our PwC and client teams on client engagements from strategy through to implementation.

  • Work and advise organizations on people-centric challenges impacting their organization/industry
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of client engagements.
  • Be a part of client engagements with PwC teams as well as client teams.
  • Help manage your client engagement economics and delivery excellence.
  • Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads.
  • Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network.
  • Keep up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership.
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

What you'll bring to this role

Experience, and successful delivery in one or more of the following areas: 

  • Assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness, shorten implementation and achieve results.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and media.
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy development and/or process review.
  • Development and/or implementation of operating models.
  • Assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Experience with facilitation, design thinking and co-creation internally or with clients.
  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
  • Self motivated with a passion for client work and team work.
  • Able to multi-task and manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site.
  • Will to learn, adopt and lead new ways of doing things (think personas, journey mapping, gamification etc).
  • Collaborative, curious, life long learner and high energy.
  • A strong communicator and storyteller.
  • Bilingualism is a nice to have.
