As a Workday Integration Engineer, reporting to the Workday Team Lead, you will support existing Workday integrations, improving our WD environments and integration architecture, facilitating delivery of business projects and providing feedback and support to follow Service Levels. Your support, integration engineering and automation skills will be challenged and appreciated daily.

You Will:

• Be recognised as a Technical Expert for Workday Integration
• Design and configure high-quality integrations (from standard APIs through to complex creations) in collaboration with partners
• Review and maintain existing configurations
• Partner with colleagues and vendors to design integration solutions
• Be an advocate representing individuals and groups of users to ensure our fellow Deliveroo colleagues receive the best possible IT experience.
• Help improve the whole lifecycle of Workday services—from design, through to engineering, deployment, with primary focus upon reliable operations.
• Maintain services once they are live by overseeing indicators such as availability, ticket trends, and overall service health against SLOs.
• Create and maintain quality documentation and records.

You Have:

• 3 years + experience with Workday and broader system architecture principles and HCM/Finance integration design patterns
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, Python, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc
• Proficiency with Workday Studio and Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of broader HR and payroll
