Job Description
We are looking for an RF test verification engineer to focus on the wireless system testing for next generation hardware products. A strong mix of technical breadth and depth will allow you to work cross-functionally with various teams to develop compelling innovative products. You will work with internal and external partners, select key strategic components and help set the foundation for amazing products.

- Lead the radio performance testing for Wifi and BT on next generation products
- Develop new and maintain the existing RF-PHY and System Level performance test setups
- Analyze and present measurement results to help draw high level conclusions of product performance and comparison to product spec
- Support manufacturing for RF including factory calibration support
- Collaborate with electrical engineering, firmware, hardware verification, and other engineering and design disciplines to design and optimize the overall wireless solution of the product from concept to production
- Be the technical champion for wireless experience of our products, ensuring successful implementation of the radios and antennas within the products.
- Review partner proposals for technical feasibility and risk mitigation, work with partner to develop and evaluate prototypes as required.
- Create project test documentation including specifications and presentations to meet requirements and communicate the wireless design to internal and external partner.

- Minimum BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience testing, designing, implementing, and shipping high volume consumer electronics products of medium to high complexity.
- Hands-on RF hardware design experience required in a broad-range of products.
- Working experience with wireless protocols, antennas, and radio propagation.
- Working experience with different lab equipment: network analyzers, spectrum analyzer, call boxes, and other RF Instruments
- Strong problem solving and debug and failure analysis skills with a solid understanding of core RF engineering principles and analytical techniques.
- Strong communication skills required, including the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms at the executive level.
- Proven track record of thought leadership and influencing product design and direction.
- Design for manufacturing and test experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferred.
- New production line setup and problem solving support is required, on site or remotely.
