About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced WHS Business Partner to join a supportive team within the Riverland South Australia. Reporting to the Divisional HR and WHS Manager, this role is responsible for providing WHS generalist advice and support to Costa' Riverland Operations across all farms and packshed operations with a key focus on in-the-field and packshed safety, employee engagement and the Return-to-Work Process. This role is focused on supporting day-to-day safety requirements, proactively building relationships and engaging with key stakeholders in the regions; empowering leaders to be better safety leaders. In addition, close partnership with Costa leadership resources to drive the Costa's WHS culture, strategies and systems for continuous health and safety improvement will be paramount.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a WHS management role, solid understanding of WHS legislative and risk management knowledge, experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments, development of and delivery of specific training modules and hands on approach to working with small teams. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate an ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
