The Wholesale Billing Manager is a role which demands experience of managing suppliers to time, cost and quality. The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of TTWS billing, managed through the relationship of our 3rd party billing suppliers.

It is expected that this role will be responsible for the performance of TTWS billing, whilst ensuring 100% adherence to all compliance standards to maintain accuracy, timeliness of billing delivery, to protect TalkTalk’s revenues, customers and meet our regulatory commitments.

The team

The Wholesale Billing Manager role is part of TTWS Billing Operations in the wider team of Order2Cash. This means that they have a shared responsibility for protecting the revenue of the business through a myopic focus on billing accuracy. The team are a critical part of our strategic change agenda and lead the thinking in terms of delivering a right first-time process and approach for all billings.
 

Order2Cash is responsible for the customer journey from order to bill including Credit management, Credit Control, Billing Operations, Cash collection and allocation, Treatment & Controls and Quality & Governance

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all wholesale KPIs are met to time, cost, and quality measures.
• Monitoring of day-to-day operational KPIs as per all contractual and/or regulatory commitments, with a myopic focus on ensuring that both accuracy and timeliness of billing measures are executed.
• Managing any non-performance in a timely manner and escalating as per process. Strong governance will be implemented for operational performance reviews.
• Challenge and support proposed changes to billing systems, functionality, and capability
• Maintaining TalkTalk’s regulatory commitments to ensure we can continue to operate
• Create appropriate documentation to support business performance.
• Analyse large and complex data sets to solve underlying problems and provide route cause analysis including potential solutions
• Investigate outputs from the supplier to confirm the accuracy and be able to work through system and data integrity issues and recommend a solution.
• Analyse CSAT outputs produced from the Order2Cash department to positively improve customer experience in relation to the Billing suppliers’ processes and accuracy.
• Educating stakeholders, influencing system change, data cleansing, and raising potential projects.
• Ultimately driving positive change to maximize revenues and increase customer experience.
