What we're looking for

• Excellent system engineering skills to drive the Weapon System functional architecture and capture the Weapon Sub-System requirements including rationale and proving plan.
• Broad technical experience to enable oversight Weapon Sub-System definition for areas such as Munition variants and the various technical budget across the Weapon System e.g. Mass, Power etc..
• Able to manage a small team and coordinate with other areas of the business, including Portfolio Technical Authority, SBD, Systems Proving and EE&F.
• Awareness of Missile trials clearance approach, air-worthiness domain knowledge and Release To Service process.
