Due to a continuous expansion and increase in orders, we are currently recruiting for a number of permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our fantastic team in Portbury, across a number of shift patterns.  

Responsibilities

In the position of Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for: 

• Picking and assembling orders in our cold store with a high level of quality and accuracy 

• In loading stock for bulk storage 
• Replenishment of empty pick locations 
• Loading vehicles for delivery 

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be flexible, motivated and committed with a “can do” approach 
• No experience is required for these roles, but if successful you’ll be able to demonstrate a good work ethic, with a willingness to work additional hours to get the job done when required - compensated with a competitive overtime rate 
• You’ll be willing to learn new skills and develop abilities 
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to work within tight deadlines 
• Must be able to manage with the demands of a high speed and high frequency factory ‘picking’ environment
