Hourly rate for our morning shift (6am -2pm) is £11.
On Target Earnings with bonus = £11.82 per hour (this is dependant on team performance measures and site metrics)
Shift patterns are 40 hours per week, any five days in seven currently one weekend day every 2 weeks.

The purpose of the Warehouse Operative will be to carry out a range of warehouse duties as may be assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or member of the management team for the effective and safe operation of the Warehouse facility.
Key Accountabilities:
Undertake all Warehouse functions including Goods in, Checking, Putaway, Replenishment, Picking, Marshalling, Loading and any other ancillary duties associated with these tasks.
The operation of any Mechanical Handling Equipment once trained to do so safely and to Company standards.
To check equipment used daily and report faults to a Manager.
The operation of any other ancillary equipment as required and trained to do.
The movement, marshalling and sortation of all site loose equipment to include pallets, stillages and tote boxes.
The operation of R.F equipment once trained and authorised to do so.
To follow the principles of good hygiene and housekeeping whilst performing above duties and to undertake cleaning duties as required.
To be alert to the security and safety of the stock and equipment in the warehouse and report any irregularities or problems to a manager.
Ensure the integrity of our own and our customers property by following Company security and search procedures.
To assist in the counting of stock when required.
Attend any training/development sessions when required as part of your own career/personal development.
Ensure that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
Operate in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures and legislative requirements.
Any other duties, as may be assigned to meet the varying needs of the business.
