Without you our stock wouldn’t be picked, it wouldn’t go to the right store and we wouldn’t be able to be the wilko our customers love.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Logistics team as a Warehouse Operative based at our Distribution Centre in Worksop.  We have various contracts available to support the business for the days and afters shift, the minimum contract we have available is a 15 hours contract. The days and afters shift will cover a Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 6.00am and 10.00pm, with an option to include either a Friday and/or Monday. 

You’ll have an eye for accuracy and enjoy working quickly to get the job done, you’ll work with a fantastic team of colleagues and together your daily picking list will be done before you know it. No item will be left with your speedy pick rate. Working in our distribution centre, health and safety will always be key, ensuring not only your own safety but of those around you when moving stock around the centre.

A natural self-starter who likes to get stuck in and do a good job, you’ll move around the centre as required, supporting your colleagues by simply helping to achieve the daily goal, of getting our much-loved products to our customers.

In addition to this, the basic rate of pay for this role is £10.01 per hour which includes environmental allowance and shift allowance for 16 to 23 year olds and over 23 year olds the salary is  £10.55 per hour.
