Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with wider team & other departments to ensure corrective action is taken on delivery issues.
- Assisting with data entry and inventory of stock.
- Process and control the production of Invoices and Credit Notes.
- Assist with quality control of all reports, files, and documentation
- Proactively presenting the need for new process solutions to improve depot service levels
- Producing Excel based charts and tables from standard templates.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Verifying documents, checking numerical accuracy, and maintaining accurate complete and legible records.
- Maintaining and entering information onto SAP
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is customer focused
- Has good overall IT skills and SAP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Good decision making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Previous admin experience would be great
