Vulnerability and Threat Analyst

Location:   Newbury   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

In this role you will provide Vulnerability & Threat information for VBSE platforms and customers. 

What will you be doing?

• Monitor sources of Vulnerability & Threat information and cascade relevant information to VBSE teams in a timely and consumable form.
• Conduct internal IT Health Check activities agreeing scope with Security team and raising necessary change activity with operational teams.
• Lead resolution of IT Health Check findings to resolve the issues found in a timely manner; both directly on the ITHC in question and generically across VBSE.

Who are we looking for? 

• Experience of working in a technology roles 
• Experience and ability to interpret outputs and technical documentation from IT, Network and Security Systems.
• Knowledge and practical experience of networking (IP, Ethernet) and applications including configuration and management. 
• Network Security – Nessus, Firewalls, IPS etc.
