The Product Specialist NLP, ML & AI is a strategic professional who will work within Digital Solutions within Citi Markets Innovation . Professional would stay abreast of developments within NLP, ML & AI and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:

• Help define next generation of NLP, ML & AI products and services for financial markets

• Manage NLP & ML models lifecycle for a suite of products

• Run large complex proof-of-concepts for the Markets Business

• Manage prioritization and technology work for building NLP, ML & AI solutions

• Build Knowledge Base for Citi Markets Business and become expert in at least one of the product areas

• Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of total experience

• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning & Natural Language  Processing

• Self-motivated and desire to drive projects to completion

• Strong ability to work independently and within groups

• Experience in Semantic Search or Search Engines preferred

• Strong Object Oriented Python skills

• Hands on approach to problem solving

Education:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Financial Engineering

• CFA Preferred but not required
