Selwyn District Council has an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Visual Graphic Designer to join the award-winning Communication and Customers group. Reporting to the Group Manager and working with the wider Communications team, you will provide visual and graphic design support across the Council's diverse operations.

This position works alongside internal stakeholders supporting the Council through creative and engaging design across the full spectrum of online, digital and traditional channels. Design and produce everything from corporate publications, newsletters, reports, advertisements and posters through to web, digital and social content, video, animation and other outputs.

Our ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Visual/Graphic Design or a similar discipline, and ideally some experience in a corporate or agency role. Experience in digital and video production would be valued. Can you demonstrate your resilience when operating with others, do you have excellent communication skills and a good sense of humor?
