Role Title: Video and Content Producer
Location: London, Paddington


We are looking for a visual content specialist to join our talented creative team. They will support us with our digital and content strategy to drive Vodafone’s reputation. The content production manager will be a team player who will work with the Content and Corporate Affairs to produce high quality, visually appealing content. Working across all channels (corporate messaging, campaigns, editorial and social) they will be a skilled visual storyteller and content champion, capable of juggling multiple briefs at any one time. They will be an avid user of social media and be able to share knowledge and ideas which will drive engagement and reach via our multiple channels. As we produce more visual and video content, they will interpret the Vodafone Tone of Voice and brand guidelines and utilise their experience and knowledge of best practice across organic and paid media to inspire customers and stakeholders (internally and externally) and grab the attention of new followers. This role would suit someone who has strong experience in technology, video editing, motion graphics and After Effects. A passion for content and visuals, excellent references and a keen interest in social media trends is a must. We need someone who is technically savvy, and an expert in relevant programmes and software. 


Responsibilities
-Support and manage all visual content as required, working with Content Lead, Content team and wider teams, ensuring that all content meets/exceeds expectations  
-Filming – interviews, soundbites, products and shoots including photographing/filming ExCo and Senior leaders (competent lighting, composition and styling required) 
-Editing – raw and stock footage and other sources 
-Animation including the manipulation of illustrations  
-Social media content production  
-Deliver best in class content within required timeframes for multiple channels to support the corporate affairs and content strategy  
-Multicamera events and streaming (working as required with HVM team) 
-Management of shoots as required including freelance and agency crew and additional kit requirements 
-Management of files – integrity of filing systems, version control, licenses, copyright, permissions, consent forms 
-Building and managing a library of content - from fully-produced videos to scenes and snippets and be responsible for our video archive 
-Optimising use and production of video content via templates and repeatable formats as appropriate 
-Creative concept development – storyboards, script input, creative direction, planning and best practice knowledge sharing 
-Sharing of content suitable for localisation/multiple language if necessary 
 

Core Competencies
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders 
-Proven expertise in videography, photography, animation and motion graphics creation 
-Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects and full Adobe Suite and other industry-standard tools 
-An excellent understanding of post-production effects - chroma-keying and colour correction, motion graphics and animation of illustrations 
-Broad knowledge of social media and digital communications and expert knowledge of social media formats, best practice and specifications for core channels
