We are looking for an experienced Business Coordinator / HR Advisor to join the team as the Washington bureau rapidly expands.
The Business Coordinator / HR Advisor role is a varied role supporting different areas of the Bureau. Responsibilities include reviewing and certifying process expenses ensuring they are compliant with the BBC expense policy and guidelines, processing all payments using the financial system Quickbooks. This includes updating and maintaining various financial spreadsheets using Excel.
You will assist with production rota and general HR activities, ensuring all commissioning budgets are signed off by Production Operations Manager. You will also assist with on location productions acting as Production Coordinator as required.
You will also keep up to date with general bureau administration as directed by you line manager, this could include duties such as booking flights or hotels for BBCX Projects.
