The OXO organization is committed to providing employees with a coherent, consistent, well-designed, and accessible experiences for our employees across our portfolio of internal tools and services, be that when writing and testing code, the IDE and Azure DevOps experiences that are critical to and optimized for our organization or the reports and services we use to monitor and control the services which impact the experience of millions of Microsoft Office users.
Office has one of the largest group of software engineers collaborating together to create the world’s leading productivity software. This comes with large unique challenges, especially across the tools and infrastructure they use. Custom tools assist in the configuration and deployment of new code to the 1B+ users Office has in an incremental fashion which aims to reduce risk and measure impact. PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI tooling comes together to perform key tasks, simplify workflows, and provide visibility into the effectiveness of the organization.
In this role, you will need to deeply understand these experiences, gather insights, and design solutions which improve upon them. The ideal candidate will be able to operate between the designer and design developer boundary, directly modify or update PowerBI or PowerApps solutions. This provides the ability to work in a highly agile environment and the ability to maximize impact by providing end-to-end ownership.
Please include URLs for an online portfolio demonstrating design process, UX flows, interaction patterns and visual design skills in addition to resume.
