The role and opportunity

You will be instrumental in providing evidence, insights, metrics and validation for our new tools and products. We have many back office tools to rethink and redesign, along with some fantastic client facing tools to reimagine. You will be helping us make our powerful tools more user-centric and effective.

Day to day you will be

• Collecting and analysing user behaviour via qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability studies, literature reviews, surveys, etc.)
• Planning and conducting independent research on multiple aspects of how users engage with digital products and experiences (e.g., manage stakeholder requests, oversee participant recruitment, collect design materials, develop study plans
• Working in partnership with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate research into product development
• Developing relationships with business leaders and act as a strategic partner
• Helping to shape a product strategy grounded in user insights
• Partnering with other business leads to develop a user-centred organisation
