Synapri Technology Recruitment are searching for a UX Researcher, you will support the Senior UX Designer with the development of an online luxury fashion retail company with its digital products. 

To work with the Lead UX Designer to design, deliver and optimize projects for the Digital Product and wider eCommerce team, leading to improved conversion rate and revenue across channels. 

Whilst junior, this role has a broad focus and the successful candidate will need a good grasp of all aspects of the UX and digital design process. Making trade driven improvements lies at the heart of the role, and growth will be through utilizing the analytics and user-driven data within the organization to align design with the Digital Product roadmap. Key Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Experience working with key tools like Sketch, Zeplin and InVision or similar Comfortable doing research in analytics programs like Google Analytics or Content Square Some experience working with CMS and CDN systems Basic knowledge of SEO and site performance would be helpful A passion for UX and UI Strong verbal and written communication skills Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 Standard Benefits which include holiday and pension Location: White City West London - Flexible working - 2 days max in the office (WFH while Covid is around)
