As a University Programs and Outreach Specialist, you will build long-term partnerships with students, universities, and student diversity organizations. You will develop and execute various outreach and communication strategies aimed at promoting the Google brand and developing a pipeline of university students for short-term hiring needs and long-term pipeline development.

You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing high-quality client services. You will devise innovative ways to build partnerships and encourage students to apply to various university graduate roles at Google.

In this role, travel might be required during the Fall and Spring campus outreach seasons.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute university outreach strategies and build a solid and representative pipeline for internships and university graduate roles.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with students, diversity partners, academics and university contacts to promote Google's brand and student opportunities to their student network.
• Develop internal and external communication strategies and tools to increase awareness and attract talent for university graduate opportunities. Develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the staffing teams to ensure that the outreach strategies help meet our hiring goals and improve our representation.
• Track, analyze, and report on metrics and effectiveness of our university engagement. Analyze new trends and share best practices.
