Duties & Responsibilities
Lead engagement with External Suppliers and cross functional teams
Work with Business Leads to understand interdependencies and delivery plans in order to achieve a common goal
Manage, develop, and deliver data store, working closely with colleagues in Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and IT to ensure that effectiveness of solution is maximised, and quality, delivery and cost / benefit objectives are met
Own business case and deliver benefits in line with agreed KPI’s and measures
Activities include but are not limited to:
Finance measures, controls, and processes
Defining business rules and reporting requirements (inputs and outputs)
Defining levels of reporting (data interrogation)
Automation of Unclaimed Asset Reporting (Operations)
Interpreting requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
Review and selection of preferred supplier for solution build
Support development and build of data store solution
Approve business readiness (including Finance requirements)
Contract approval and business standards
Resource / Capability planning and recruitment

Skills & Experience required
Customer service experience
Ability to analyse data and derive/define solutions
Ability to use analytical outputs to inform process Design
Ability to own and lead delivery of activity
Demonstrable skills in: Relationship Management, Communication and Presentation, Process Design and Improvement, Project Management, Influencing and negotiation
Clear Verbal and written communication
Experience of successfully working in cross-functional teams
Experience of delivery through third parties
Ability to work autonomously, self-reliant, self-driven
