About The Role

We are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator and Lead Nurse who must have GDC registration to join the team at our modern busy Amelia Street clinic, located a short walk from Elephant & Castle or Kennington underground stations.  This clinic has 6 surgeries and treats both NHS and private patients.  We offer general dentistry as well as implants, whitening, clear braces and cosmetic dentistry. 

The Treatment Co-ordinator/Lead Nurse is responsible for managing all aspects of the private patient journey, ensuring that every patient's experience of the practice is of an exceptional quality. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse looking for a progression. 

The main duties will include:

• Scheduling and booking of new patient appointments and co-ordinating patient treatments, including follow up reviews regularly
• The point of contact for patients receiving specialist dental services
• Managing the patient journey from 1st visit/enquiry/referral, to consultation.
• Work closely with the Practice Manager to pro-actively manage the referral practices to ensure sufficient and continued referrals
• Ensuring the practices have equipment and materials ahead of a patient’s appointment.
• Assisting the patient with any queries they may have about treatment prior to commencement.
• Tracking of performance indicators relating to conversion and non-conversion and make recommendations for improvement to the Practice Manager

Hours: 

Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 18:00

Friday 08:30 - 17:30

About You

Our ideal candidate will be registered with the GDC, fully immunised (Hep B) with the right to work within the UK and ideally have experience working with Invisalign. You must be committed to maintaining the highest standards within both your role and the practice.
