The Opportunity
The key responsibilities of the Operations support team within our Primary Connect team will include, however, not be limited to:
 

• Processing a high volume of inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via email and phone correspondence
• Supporting our Customers and Carrier Partners with on day collection and deliveries 
• Liaising with suppliers, carriers and warehouse staff to rearrange bookings, deliveries and follow up of transport issues
• Investigating and resolving inquiries and issues on behalf of our Customers and Carriers Partners

 
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude with a passion for customers .  Additionally, we are seeking the following skills and experience. 
 

• Previous experience acrossTransport, warehousing or customer service 
• Experience with various computer programs: Microsoft, Google, SAP, Salesforce
• Highly curious and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
• Flexible, willing to learn, friendly and reliable and work efficiently in a team environment
• Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, focused on customer service and attention to detail
• Ability to pre-empt and identify issues and troubleshoot 
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
