The Role

As we build on the next evolution of our journey, the Transformation Partner will be at the forefront of proactively shaping and influencing the transformation and change agenda for the business to facilitate the successful delivery of key strategic programs of work. You will partner closely with our senior management teams to solve customer and team problems end-to-end, playing a pivotal role in championing agile and agile mindsets to embed impactful and purposeful change across BIG W. We have multiple roles available including 1 x full-time fixed term contract (through to Dec 2022) and 2 x permanent opportunities.

Key deliverables will include:

• Partner with our very senior management team to problem solve key business questions that drive identification of opportunities and ambitions
• Partner to influence and embed change to make a real difference for families
• Help to move our transformation agenda with pace by expertly supporting strategic programs through facilitating, support and tracking
• Champion agile mindsets and practices in your ways-of-working, ensuring connections are made and interdepencies are worked through
• Partner with key strategic areas and programs of work to help build capabilities with business agility and lean practices, project and change management
• Build, influence and shape transformational capabilities across the ecosystem
• Orchestrate the delivery of work through Steering Committees and working groups to  define plans, re-prioritise as necessary, conduct health checks and tracking of benefits profile
• Assist in the identification of risks and mitigations 
• Drive and model continuous improvement through self and others
