The Group Technology Transformation team is making this change happen, orchestrating the roadmap, driving the activity and governance for landing the changes.

What you’ll do:

Work with GT Directors and their teams to develop and initiate the projects forming the transformation agenda. Supporting the directors and their teams to create the project charters, OKRs, and business cases. Build and maintain an integrated transformation plan with resources effectively engaged.

Initial focus on driving a strategically important programme that’s already defined within this portfolio. Notably, the Talent Sourcing Programme, which will help ensure we can underpin the business’ growth ambitions by standing up a significant Sky capability within Comcast’s Indian Engineering Centre. This is a highly complex and multifaceted transformation programme, central to the success of Group Technology.

Own the management of the aggregated roadmap, coordinating transformation planning across directors and teams. Working with Finance to define and track the overall business case.

Help manage other selected initiatives, or workstreams within initiatives, as appropriate to either get them off the ground and hand them over to longer-term managers, or to see them through from the initiation to the end of the project.

Experience in driving transformation and optimization programmes across functional areas

Project management experience in an agile and matrix organization

An inclusive leader with boundless optimism, unwilling to tolerate mediocrity and passionate about quality and excellence

Experience in global management across borders and culturally fluent

Demonstrable experience of leading a team towards a clear vision and strategy aligned with Technology and Business objectives

Previous experience designing the target operating model for different business areas

Experienced in driving best practice across processes, principles, development methodologies and delivery approaches

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway, and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
