About You

You will also;

• Complete AML training and qualification to advance risk management skills and make accountable business decisions

• Work in close alignment with Security functions and the Anti-Money Laundering management to ensure adherence to legal governance

• Translate the businesses short, medium, and long strategy into deliverable objectives for your Assistant Managers

• Proactively drive and implement the continued growth and development of the service delivered to colleagues and customers, through strategic recommendations for improvement; proactively seeking out new ways of working by analysing the trends/patterns in feedback and statistics
