Job Description

Role:

The role is within the Deutsche Bank Account Team in Contracted Accounts. Deutsche Bank is a key global account for CBRE and provides all aspects of property advice to our client; Estate Management, Account Management, Transaction Management, Strategy Management and Facilities Management. 

The individual will provide real estate and transaction management support to the UKI and ROE RREMs (Regional Real Estate Managers) on the Deutsche Bank Account working closely alongside data, finance and transaction management colleagues. Day to day work will include supporting the team with all aspects of Real Estate Management including quality customer service, client reporting, database management, landlord/tenant liaison, and finance issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of the weekly 5-15 for UKI and ROE. Including liaising with the client and getting their approval before circulating to the wider business

• Preparation of the M2M (Market to Market) report getting updates on changes in the ERV from local CBRE Brokers 

• Management of all critical dates with DB counterpart for ROE and UKI (reviewing upcoming events 12 months in advance) 

• Updating Transact, the transaction database, with the latest information for the ROE and UKI regions 

• Managing wayleaves, alterations and dilapidation claims for ROE and UKI 

• Acting as first point of call for all EM queries from ROE and UKI

• Managing finances – invoicing/PO raising/Ariba management for ROE and UKI regions 

• Reviewing and managing approval paper process for ROE and UKI

• Support Team (CBRE and client) with general queries including requests for documents

• Build and maintain relations with internal and external Clients

• Active participation in process review and creation

• Making sure service delivery is compliant to agreed procedures, SLAs and KPIs

• When required, participate in client meetings and calls. 

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial property preferable

• Experience in the using property database would be an advantage

• Powerpoint and excel experience 

• Attention to detail

• Good organisational skills

• Client orientated, capable to adapt to a changing and demanding environment

• Ability to work under time pressure and to meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities

• Strong communication skills

• Very responsive to emails/enquiries

• Have exposure to commercial leases
