A rare and exciting opportunity to join the Serco Traffic Camera Services Team! The role requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to train and develop a wide range of staff within Serco Traffic Camera Services. Serco is seeking a Training & Compliance Officer to regularly deliver and deliver training and documentation to the Serco Traffic Camera Services team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Learning & Compliance Coordinator, you will be required to develop all training collateral and deliver training courses to all Camera Operations employees, ensuring all courses comply with Serco and Victoria Police Policy and Procedure and contract expectations. You will be well supported by a supportive leadership team and an engaging Operations Manager within an environment that fosters initiative, quality and compliance. Utilising your existing experience in Workplace Training and Assessment, you will successfully and regularly review and update all documentation; policies, procedures, work instructions and forms that support the delivery of camera operations activities.

Working with the Learning & Compliance team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and preparation of resources to support the induction orientation and training of all new camera operations employees. You will work with high-performing Serco leaders and with external stakeholders to deliver this continually evolving service.

The role comes with a high degree of responsibility from maintaining training records for all Camera Operators and exceeding our KPI obligations. You will work closely with the Operations team to impact and improve the quality of Serco Traffic Camera Services.

For this reason, we are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual who has experience delivering training programs. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is highly desirable but not essential.
