We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Logistics team as a Trainer based at our Distribution Centre in Worksop. The contracted hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 and you must be fully flexible and prepared to work as the job dictates. The day shift will cover the hours of 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm on a rota basis.
As a Trainer within our Distribution Centre you will be responsible for possessing effective leadership skills, be able to demonstrate the behaviours of an extraordinary Team Member and be able to communicate to all levels. You will have the ability to motivate a team of people and will have excellent listening skills. Methodical in your approach, you must be able to plan and organise workloads. Liaise with the Training Department, Logistics Operation, HR, Health and Safety and other Logistics Departments.
