What will you learn to do?

As our Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn to source potential clients and grow your business via outbound sales and having a targeted approach, you will be networking on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a pool of candidates in your chosen specialism. We will teach you through our learning and development training academy how to develop excellent client and candidate relationships to ensure the highest quality recruitment process in the industry.

As our Trainee Recruitment Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:

• Advertising and marketing of vacancies via a variety of different channels
• Learning how to negotiate Terms of Business with corporate clients
• Understanding that building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders is at the heart of everything we do - longstanding partnerships that last
• Sourcing, screening, assessing, and filtering professionally qualified prospective candidates for requisitions
• Working to specified KPIs, Values, Performance Metrics and Financial Targets
• Supporting your brand in other ad hoc activities such as interview arrangements, ID verification and checking relevant qualifications
• Building your own business within the business, something you can own, be passionate about and therefore have full control over your earnings and career progression.

About You

You will have a clear desire to learn, absorb information and apply yourself in a professional environment. You will have ideally had experience working in an outbound call environment or alternatively working in another sector with a proven track record with a desire to cross train and take control of both your future and earnings. But the key being you are a self-starter who is target / goal oriented with a clear vision of what you want from your career.
