What will you be doing?
You will provide high quality and professional initial support service to the internal and external system users with any Office IT related questions/queries & support they may require. Ensuring the users have the necessary equipment to carry out their roles. The role will also include supporting the senior members of the team with adhoc requests. This role offers a great training and development path.
Key accountabilities will include:
Providing Initial front line support to the internal and external system users from a face-to-face environment as well as via webchat.
Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.
Organising the distribution of IT equipment to the users.
Supporting with the build and distribute of replacement devices.
Who are we looking for?
*Please note this is an 'entry-level' role and no prior IT experience is required.
Customer service background.
Willingness to be upskilled in IT support.
Good attention to detail.
Clear communication and be able to work with users to find solutions to problems.
Ability to work in organised way to meet tight deadlines.
