THE OPPORTUNITY

Harness your Customer Service or Retail experience and move into the corporate world as a Trainee Claims Officer (known as a Case Manager internally) supporting injured workers return to work after an injury.

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking multiple new employees to join our EML team. We have an extensive training program with dedicated Leaders and Specialists to coach, mentor and support you with your professional and personal development, ensuring you are set up for success.

These are permanent positions based at our Parramatta office, only a five-minute walk from Parramatta train station.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist injured workers and employers with the claims process and ensure they get access to the required services
  • Work with you leader and specialist coaches to get the best outcomes possible
  • Speak with medical professionals and other experts to support a person's recovery
  • Work in a tight team environment

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a passion for exceptional customer service
  • You are good with numbers and can juggle multiple tasks
  • You will be accustomed to using a variety of computer, or POS systems, along with good PC skills
  • You will enjoy working in a team and finding solutions to problems
  • It's a phone-based role, so your communication will be excellent
  • Be available to work Monday - Friday 8.20am - 5pm
