About the Role :

We are looking for a Trade Sales Supervisor at our Invercargill branch, this will see you ensuring the branch provides exceptional customer service to clients within the industry.

Reporting to the Branch Manager your role is to provide support to the branch manager and your team by assisting in the supervision of staff and dealing with all customer queries and sales procedures in a responsible and mature manner.

As Trade Supervisor with Plumbing World you will :

• Be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the Trade area
• Creating a plan for the trade counter staff by delegating tasks such as cleaning, clearing stock, and merchandising
• Prioritise workload to ensure important projects are handled with urgency
• Provide strong customer service to trade accounts & offer advice when needed
• Build strong relationships with key clients and team members alike
• Lead by example, you will not only be operationally strong, and an inspiring leader, but able to demonstrate by your own service and sales ability
• Provide leadership and take responsibility for the Health and Safety within the branch
• Pride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skills
