About the role
This is a multi-functional role consisting of organising deliveries for trade sales and despatch functions.
You'll be a key part of servicing your local community to :
- Provide timely customer service by coordinating day to day transportation requirements.
- Maintain a seamless experience by managing the loading and despatch of customer orders ensuring we deliver a quality service and products on time and overseeing the operation of our distribution function.
- Organising the production of pre-hung doors.
- Liaising with trade customers, Account managers on customer orders and transport providers to organise delivery.
- Process customer orders , follow up back orders and look after customer product & pricing queries.

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Computer Literacy. Knowledge of computer systems and operating skills, while happy to learn new systems
- Accuracy and efficiency. Your initiative will shine, you will be able to work under pressure and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Building supply chain or trade industry knowledge is advantageous
- Physically fit. For the occasional heavy lifting
