Test & Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Flexible - Blended home/office working (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) 
Permanent: (Full time, 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri)

What will you be doing?
 

As a Test and Quality Assurance Specialist you will ensure detailed testing and test management is performed on complex customer projects to agreed standards. You will be responsible for assuring that the built solution matches the specified customer requirements and design specification.
 

You’ll act as Test Manager for large or complex projects working in conjunction with Programme manager and managing Test Managers where applicable. Day to day you will perform Quality Assurance, govern sign off and quality gates as specified in the testing process. Production and ownership of the programme test strategy and subsequent test artefacts.
 

Who are we looking for? 
 

• Strong QA and test industry knowledge of standards and methodologies
• Diligence & attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer facing presentation qualities
• Stakeholder management / communication skills
• ISTQB certification - Essential
• ITIL experience
• Candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo vetting for MoD SC clearance for this role (the criteria to be eligible is the ability to demonstrate UK based residency and employment over the last 5 years).
