What you’ll do:

• Test prototype hardware and/or software
• To keep the customer experience in mind during early testing when limited or no requirements exist
• Perform ad-hoc requests in a timely manner while maintaining daily coverage
• Manage test priorities based on new feature delivery
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysists and development teams to ensure functionality is as desired despite limited documentation
• Creation of daily test reports to key stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

• Practical usage of Jira or other bug tracking tools
• Practical usage of Quality Centre to write and execute test cases
• Experience of software testing on physical hardware devices, e.g. set-top-box or ‘phone/tablet devices
• Strong logical thought to assist in discovering the root cause of defects
• Methodical with a keen eye for detail
• ISTQB Foundation level or higher

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
