Our leading client is currently recruiting for a Junior/Mid-level Automation Test Engineer to join their development team. This exciting role will give you the opportunity to be involved throughout the full development life cycle and much more. You will support the quality assurance of software development, deployment, and implementation of test automation.

We are looking for open minded and passionate individual who is keen to add to their existing skills.

This role will be working in the financial services sector covering Debt Management, Insurance underwriting, Mortgage brokering and lending servicing multiple banks and building societies.

Skills and experience required:

At least three years’ experience in Software Testing, (2 years in automation, 1 year in manual testing)

SAS Product background

Understanding of Agile software development methodology

Experience using Cypress, JavaScript and Postman

Highly proficient in micro-services and API testing

Previous experience of testing Mobile and Web applications

Software development experience, ideally in Java, Selenium

Prepare test plan, test case, perform test execution

Testing experience in REST API and cross browser testing (Postman)
