You will be accountable for:
• Identifying and developing a personal prospect pipeline of sufficient quality and quantity to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets as set by the business
• Meeting all set KPI’s and achieving productivity targets
• Managing and recording sales activity and sales process through the Evri CRM System
• Onboarding new clients in a timely manner to meet projected go-live dates.
• Ensuring all new clients have a full understanding ofEvri Customer Service processes and have all the tools and contacts required to self-serve across all areas of the business
• Monitoring the performance of new clients to ensure they trade to profile across all products and services within 6 weeks of go-live.
• New clients are ready to handover over within 4 weeks of trading
• Resolving escalations and account queries
• Working with local operations team to promote new client awareness and to ensure expected level of service is achieved
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
Qualifications:
• Experienced within a telesales or customer service role
• Experience within the parcel carrier marketplace or E-commerce is desirable
Knowledge & Experience:
• An understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and IT literature with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Technical & People Skills:
• Ownership, accountability, drive and focus
• Creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Able to forge relationships with the internal stakeholders
