We're hiring for a new Instructor to join our European Adobe Learning Services team. They will initial focus on our Campaign products, with a view to expanding to other solutions, such as the Adobe Experience Platform. Crucially, our instructors don't just teach customers about our technology, but how to use it to deliver outstanding customer experiences and results for their organizations. Job Description Summary: The Training Consultant role delivers engaging technical training courses for customers and/or employees focused on helping individuals and teams to adopt and unlock the value of the use cases Adobe’s cutting-edge technology enables. As well as delivering training courses – both public and private, you will interact with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses, prepares lesson plan, and field service requirements.

 As part of a Global organization, you also have the opportunity to influence the curriculum strategy, optimize curriculum content, and participate in other strategic initiatives to drive the learning services business forward. What you will do Deliver training sessions from Adobe's Analytics & Target course catalogue (initially, however this will expand to more exciting technology solutions over time)Deliver live classroom training virtually, at Adobe offices, and customer offices when required, as well as occasionally recording on demand training courses.

Maintain expert product knowledge in Analytics & Target as well as their integrations and use cases across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud.

Showcase domain expertise and practical, real-world application in the fields of analytics and personalization in your classes.Deliver training with empathy for the customer; understanding why they want to use our software and guiding them on how to reach their goals with our products.

Understand our curriculum inside and out, as well as working with our curriculum team to improve it.Encourage customer feedback on your classes and share insights from this with Delivery Management to help improve our offering.Develop sales opportunities and the growth of the business by recommending appropriate learning paths to prospects and existing customers.

Meet or exceed utilization expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Successfully manage the software training environment for your classes, while reporting and resolving any issues. Be an active member of our Instructor and Consulting community, contributing to our collective expertise and internal initiatives. What You Need to Succeed Ideally 3+ years’ experience of Learning Services or Professional Services delivery for an enterprise software company or consultancy. Proficiency with Web technologies including HTML, JS, and JSON A Passion for digital technology and the application of that technology to solve business problems A sound understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics Demonstrable passion for presenting and sharing knowledge with others. 

The ability to engage an audience and communicate complex concepts and technical detail in a simple, accessible way.

Ability to handle a diverse group of customers, partners, or employees in training sessions, including an international audience.Ability to establish credibility and create confidence quickly and easily.Some business travel required.
